Zinnia has over $180 billion in assets under administration, serves 100+ carrier clients, 2500 distributors and partners, and over 2 million policyholders.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process complex claims for Annuity policies.</li> <li>Researching and processing requests while working on multiple screens and applications.</li> <li>Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.</li> <li>Performing routine research on customer inquiries.</li> <li>Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet &amp; exceed service standards.</li> <li>Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.</li> <li>Ability to work with strict timelines.</li> <li>Should be fine with non-rotating US shift timings.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.</li> <li>1+ year of working experience (Life insurance domain (Death claims)) that required a focus on quality including attention to details, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.</li> <li>Experience in a professional/office related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.</li> <li>Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.</li> <li>Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy.</li> <li>Effective English business communication skills required to exchange information with client.</li> <li>Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.</li> <li>Must have basic Email/ Letter writing skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.</li> <li>Life Insurance domain knowledge is must (preferably Annuities).</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?</strong></p> <p>At Zinnia, you collaborate with smart, creative professionals who are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technologies, deeper data insights, and enhanced services to transform how insurance is done.
