We’re now seeking a Client Account Executive to be based out of our La Zenia office.&nbsp;In this role, you will be at the forefront of client interactions and quotation inquiries for our diverse international portfolio in the Costa Blanca region. While we are deeply embedded in the property sector, your focus extends far beyond just real estate transactions. You will look after our clients' ongoing, day-to-day foreign exchange requirements and general inquiries. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with clients, delivering persuasive pitches, managing <span class="citation-222 citation-223 citation-end-223">registrations, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. You will also identify and cultivate trading opportunities and see them through to execution. </span><span class="citation-220 citation-221 citation-end-221">Your performance will be crucial in achieving and surpassing both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization. Your contribution will</span><span class="citation-220 citation-end-220"> play a vital role in our success and </span>the long-term satisfaction of our valued clients.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="8"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h2> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Management:</strong> Act as the primary office-based point of contact, managing inbound inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and emails. Deliver compelling service pitches, handle daily client requirements, and guide them smoothly through registration and account allocation.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Trade Execution &amp; Revenue Growth:</strong> Identify proactive trading opportunities within our database and incoming leads—catering to both one-off property payments and regular, day-to-day transfer needs—and follow through to successful client currency trades to achieve targets.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Ongoing Account Support:</strong> Address daily client queries, resolve issues, and maintain comprehensive, updated records within our CRM system to ensure excellent ongoing service.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operational Administration:</strong> Handle general administrative duties essential to the day-to-day workflow and seamless running of the La Zenia office.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="10"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">What You’ll Need</span></h2> <ul data-path-to-node="11"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Sales &amp; Customer Experience:</strong> Proven track record in a sales or customer service environment, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets and managing ongoing customer relationships.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Language Mastery:</strong> Fluency in both <strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="34">English and Polish</strong> is essential.
