In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic <strong>Financial Services</strong> accounts, driving growth, profitability, and executive relationships while helping clients define and realize their AI &amp; Data goals. You will collaborate closely with client executives, Sales, Technical Account Leads, Delivery leaders, and ecosystem partners to deliver high-impact programs and advance phData’s delivery excellence across our Financial Services portfolio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Client Delivery</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own and drive account strategy, delivery, and growth for a portfolio of strategic Financial Services accounts, creating and executing long-term growth plans aligned to client goals and phData’s capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the senior account leader for your portfolio, accountable for client satisfaction, revenue growth, delivery quality, profitability, and executive relationship management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate client business objectives and AI &amp; Data priorities into strategic programs spanning data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI, in partnership with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help Financial Services clients address critical business priorities such as regulatory reporting, risk management, fraud detection, customer intelligence, operational efficiency, and AI enablement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure engagements across your portfolio are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong profitability and measurable business value, while maintaining approximately 40% utilization to stay close to delivery and client outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping shape roadmaps, influence strategic decisions, and guide long-term transformation initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaboration &amp; Leadership</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to align on account health, project success, and future opportunity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings, workshops, QBRs, and roadmap discussions, positioning phData as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders within Financial Services organizations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure high quality in deliverables by staying engaged with delivery teams, reviewing performance metrics, and driving governance, risk management, and issue resolution across accounts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with ecosystem providers such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, and others to design and execute joint account strategies that bring added value to clients and accelerate portfolio growth.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Practice &amp; Firm Contribution</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to internal initiatives such as Financial Services industry playbooks, account planning frameworks, sales enablement materials, and repeatable patterns for driving AI &amp; Data outcomes in the sector.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent phData with professionalism at industry events, conferences, and panels, helping elevate our presence and reputation within Financial Services.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Share best practices, deal learnings, and client insights to improve phData’s client engagement model, forecasting, and overall delivery excellence.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help define and refine practice standards, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks that support account success across the Financial Services portfolio.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are a client-focused, strategic account leader and trusted advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment. You bring a strong understanding of Financial Services clients, their operating environments, and the ways AI &amp; Data can create measurable business value in highly regulated organizations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or similar client-facing environments, including ownership of strategic account portfolios and revenue targets in the $5M-$15M+ range.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Significant experience leading and growing relationships within Financial Services accounts, with accountability for client outcomes, portfolio expansion, and executive engagement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs and account portfolios in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Technical / Functional Skills</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deep domain expertise in Financial Services, including one or more of the following segments: banking, capital markets, payments, insurance, wealth and asset management, or fintech.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to identify Financial Services business pain points and connect them to phData’s AI &amp; Data services and solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams to design, sell, and oversee implementation of modern data solutions including data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of the data, governance, compliance, risk, and security considerations common in Financial Services environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to own revenue and profitability across a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering growth through both net-new and expansion work.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Consulting / Delivery Skills</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience delivering projects for external or internal clients in a professional services or consulting environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps and drive them through to completion.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience leading executive-level conversations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaboration &amp; Ownership</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work effectively within matrixed, distributed, and cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of building and sustaining CxO and senior executive relationships, influencing strategic roadmaps across both business and technology stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on client needs and business priorities, while taking full ownership of account outcomes.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred qualifications help candidates stand out but are not required for success in this role.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with enterprise Financial Services clients on data, analytics, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with common Financial Services use cases such as risk and compliance, fraud detection, customer 360, underwriting, claims analytics, AML/KYC, forecasting, or personalized client experiences.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and ecosystems such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, and Anthropic, along with familiarity with modern data architectures and AI use cases.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience working in global or remote teams and partnering across US and other regions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contributions to communities, speaking, writing, or internal accelerators such as industry events, thought leadership, or sales and solutions playbooks are a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Location &amp;
