<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">SCS Financial is seeking a highly motivated Associate, Client Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the financial and investment needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients by helping implement and manage strategic and investment plans. Key responsibilities include coordinating account openings and portfolio administration, preparing client presentations, supporting trading and portfolio monitoring, handling client requests, and collaborating with tax and estate planning professionals. You’ll work closely with senior team members to deliver a seamless and sophisticated client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and team-oriented, with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service with discretion and professionalism.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the implementation and maintenance of clients’ investment and strategic financial plans</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate account openings, transfers, and ongoing portfolio administration</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare customized client meeting materials, presentations, and reports</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with target asset allocations and investment guidelines</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Confirm and track trading activity and other investment-related transactions</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with tax advisors, estate planners, and other professionals to address clients’ broader financial needs</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis to enhance client service and operational efficiency</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and discretion in handling confidential client information</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure all client-related activities are compliant with firm policies and regulatory standards</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related discipline</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Interest in pursuing an advanced degree and or professional certification (CFA, CFP, etc.) preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of relevant professional experience</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with applications such as Addepar or RedBlack would be additive)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analytical with a strong attention to detail; problem solve effectively</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High energy and highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and oral communication skills</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $60,000–$75,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.</span></p>
