Key Responsibilities – Providing Client Support for Web Solutions

• Serve as a primary contact for clients seeking support with web-based products, platforms, and digital services.
• Consult and advise clients on best practices for using our web solutions to achieve their business objectives.
• Guide clients through online account set-up, product features, integrations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and product managers, to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Assist with updates, version releases, and testing new web functionalities for clients.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of service requests using CRM tools.
• Identify potential opportunities for upselling additional digital solutions or enhancements.

Required Qualifications – Digital Customer Care and Web Solutions Expertise

• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) both spoken and written; French C2
• Solid technical literacy, including confidence using content management systems, web browsers, and office software.
• Positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences online.
• Experience in customer service, digital services support, or web platform administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients of varied levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
