Let's dive into what that means:</strong></p> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">You play a critical role in ensuring we deliver consistently brilliant work to our clients. Your primary remit it to scope, resource and project manage client deliverables across a number of smaller clients. Liaising between the client and practice leads you’ll project manage delivery, apply QA controls and ensure all deadlines are met with our scope of work delivered within budget. You’ll coordinate multiple internal and external meetings, ensuring all actions are delivered and play a key role in preparing for QBRs.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">In this role you will:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery for all client commitments across your allocated client(s), which you do through highly-effective, hands-on project management. <br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Resolve issues, track progress and marshall resources.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Along with the client lead and practice lead, prioritise work-streams and deliverables, help to define, set and track all QA, ensuring deliverables are on time, meet high standards, are in brief and in budget.<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Coordinate multiple internal and external meetings, produce meeting notes/action items, provide status updates, performance reports as well as schedule/prepare for QBRs, competitive reports etc.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Sign off on fee sheets. </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">We’re looking for someone who:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has 2-3+ years of project management in a client-centric organisation.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has a strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and an understanding of each practice so you can lead multi-product clients.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has a huge attention to detail, calm under pressure, logical, solution-focused, highly organised and efficient.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has expert proficiency in Monday.com<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has demonstrable experience in setting &amp; following QA processes.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has very strong communication, interpersonal, data analysis and presentation skills.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Is passionate about doing great work for clients.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Is super excited about developing others around you in your craft.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Has a project management qualification.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-sheets-root="1">And this is what success looks like in the role: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">You will live our culture code every day! <br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Strong external client feedback.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Strong internal client feedback - from across client teams and practices alike.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Efficiency metrics increased through resource and SOW optimisation.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">QA targets met.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">Growing and developing your team to advance their careers, expertise and knowledge.<br></span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What happens next?</strong></p> <p>We know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you.
