You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team of Client Growth Managers who are committed to nurturing InMobi’s fast-growing relationships with top advertisers and their agency partner teams. <p><span data-contrast="auto">As a </span><span data-contrast="auto">Lead Client Growth Manager </span><span data-contrast="auto">based in San Mateo, you will be responsible for driving partnerships and revenue growth across a portfolio of advertiser clients through ad experiences that drive business outcomes. You'll also play a critical role in shaping InMobi’s go-to-market strategy and execution in North America.</span> </p>

<p><span data-teams="true">The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from <strong>$128,380 - $175,230 USD</strong> (min to max of base salary pay). This salary range is applicable to our offices located in California and New York<strong>*</strong>. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.</span></p>
<p><strong>*Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.</strong></p>
<p>In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock enables us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on the company’s best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution.</p>
