As our partners grow, we grow with them—providing flexible solutions that support expansion at every stage.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Kitchen Onboarding Associate to join our Middle Eastern team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and operational success of our restaurant partners. We're building the infrastructure for better food in every major city of the world, and Saudi Arabia is one of the fastest growing markets for us.<br><br></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Kitchen Improvements</strong>: Identify opportunities for kitchen enhancements, source third-party vendors, coordinate approvals with licensees, and ensure kitchens are operationally ready for partner launch timelines.</li> <li><strong>Onboarding</strong>: Support restaurant partners in setting up their kitchens post-occupancy, including permit submittals, equipment buildout coordination, onboarding calls, and guidance on KitchenPark processes, payment cycles, and operational setup requirements.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong>: Work closely with internal teams (City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, Operations, and Sales) and external contractors to ensure a smooth onboarding and operational setup experience for licensees.</li> <li><strong>Construction &amp; Operations</strong>: Oversee kitchen improvements, schedule installations, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders for light construction administration, and coordinate launch readiness to ensure partners can go live on time.</li> <li><strong>Permit Coordination</strong>: Assist with the submittal process to secure necessary operational permits and track all required onboarding and compliance documentation.</li> <li><strong>Financial Oversight</strong>: Manage cost approvals to support AP/AR functions, while tracking onboarding-related payments and ensuring timely follow-ups with partners.</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Process Improvement</strong>: Work alongside the Kitchen Onboarding Manager to track regional projects, onboarding progress, operational readiness, and process improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>What we are looking for&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-3+ years of relevant work experience, in hospitality, restaurant, or a related industry.</li> <li>Background in B2B onboarding or customer service, preferably within F&amp;B, hospitality, insurance, or non-financial services.</li> <li>Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>Why join us</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
