Jetfly is a leading European private aviation company headquartered in Luxembourg. We operate a fleet of 72 aircraft, including PC-12, PC-24, and Cirrus SF50. With over 25 years of experience and more than 540 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, trading, maintenance, and training.


Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.


As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Client Operations Agent to reinforce our Client Service department. As Booking Agent, you will be the key point of contact for all co-owners requests.


Job Description

  • Assist and advice our co-owners with their questions and requests (information, flight booking, problems, …)
  • Make reservations for our co-owners based on their various requirements
  • Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
  • Sort out any issues, diagnose and find solutions concerning any query
  • Communicate in an effective way with all concerned departments (Flight Planning, Operations, Pilots, etc.)
  • Maintain a high quality service to our co-owners
  • Ensure an organized follow-up of incoming emails and calls



Profile

  • A first successful experience with relational/commercial responsibilities and exposure to high ranking customers
  • An excellent level of English and French, German or any other European language is considered as an asset
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Team work minded
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work flexible hours according to operations needs

 

The working schedule is a "morning/day/evening" shift (nights excluded) over all week days (including Sundays and legal holidays).
