You bring 7+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. We are seeking a GrowthMinded, AIAugmented Client Partner to expand Valtech’s enterprise relationships across IMDA. You will use modern AI tools to accelerate insight, deepen client relationships, identify new stakeholders, and shape revenue opportunities that drive transformative outcomes. You will own account strategy, executive engagement, commercial performance, and team orchestration — acting as a trusted advisor and growth leader across the client enterprise.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  <ul> <li>A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo </li> <li>A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing </li> <li>Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data </li> <li>Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) </li> </ul> <h3>Role responsibilities</h3> Growth & Revenue Expansion <ul> <li>Lead account growth by expanding Valtech’s footprint into new lines of business, new stakeholders, and new digital agendas. </li> <li>Build and maintain a robust, futureforward pipeline aligned to client priorities and Valtech capabilities. </li> <li>Use AI to identify whitespace, market movements, orgchart opportunities, and crossindustry insights. </li> <li>Shape opportunities proactively rather than reactively responding to client requests. </li> </ul> Executive Relationship Leadership <ul> <li>Build trusted, influential relationships with senior and Csuite stakeholders, expanding Valtech’s access and strategic relevance. </li> <li>Leverage AI to tailor messaging, deepen understanding of stakeholder needs, and prepare for highstakes meetings. </li> <li>Serve as the client’s strategic advisor on digital transformation, technology strategy, and industry shifts. </li> </ul> Account Strategy and Orchestration <ul> <li>Own account health, revenue targets, win rates, and crosspractice collaboration. </li> <li>Use AIdriven synthesis (transcripts, historical decks, notes, reports, market signals) to inform account strategy. </li> <li>Align SMEs, delivery teams, and leadership around a unified plan that drives measurable client outcomes. </li> </ul> AIEnabled Commerical Excellence <ul> <li>Use GenAI, Storyblocks, and copilot tools to accelerate:  </li> <li>RFP comprehension </li> <li>POV development </li> <li>Meeting prep & debriefs </li> <li>Competitive analysis </li> <li>Stakeholder mapping </li> <li>Narrative and deck structuring </li> <li>Apply hypothesisdriven selling enhanced by AI persona simulation (e.g., CFO, procurement, CTO). </li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in presales velocity and quality while reducing SME load. </li> </ul> Team Leadership & AI Adoption Influence <ul> <li>Mentor and enable teams (BDEs, SMEs, delivery leads) to use AI as a forcemultiplier. </li> <li>Contribute to shared Storyblocks, templates, workflows, and best practices. </li> <li>Champion a culture of AIenabled ways of working across growth and delivery teams. </li> </ul> Craft & Judgment & Narrative Excellence <ul> <li>Build highquality presentations, value propositions, and deal narratives — using AI as a structural accelerant, not a replacement. </li> <li>Ensure outputs reflect Valtech’s brand standards, creativity, and strong strategic POV. </li> <li>Maintain accountability for story quality, client message fit, and deal clarity. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  Growth Mindset & Sales Leadership <ul> <li>Proven track record of expanding accounts by identifying and engaging new stakeholders. </li> <li>Ability to uncover and shape new revenue streams within complex enterprise environments. </li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in managing multimillion-dollar portfolios. </li> </ul> AI Fluency & Modern Sales Craft <ul> <li>Daily use of AI to accelerate research, insights, prep, outreach, and narrative development. </li> <li>Experience using tools like Copilot, Storyblocks, ChatGPT/Claude, LinkedIn Sales Insights, industry research, etc. </li> <li>Clear ability to describe specific workflows where AI increased speed, quality, or pipeline creation. </li> </ul> Strategic Account Management  <ul> <li>Expertise in account planning, commercial governance, quarterly and annual business planning. </li> <li>Ability to orchestrate global delivery, managed services, and crosspractice workstreams. </li> </ul> Executive Communication <ul> <li>Exceptional storytelling, persuasion, and facilitation skills. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology topics into business value narratives. </li> </ul> Leadership & Collaboration <ul> <li>Strong ability to partner with Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Practice Directors. </li> <li>Demonstrated history of influencing teams without direct authority. </li> </ul> If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
