with a strong background in client account management, you will be adept at building trusted relationships, driving account growth and leading complex transformation engagements across experience, data, AI and enterprise technology. This role is key to expanding Valtech’s footprint within financial services, banking and insurance, creating long-term partnerships and shaping large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes.  What You'll Do: Strategic Client Leadership  <ul> <li> Build and grow relationships with senior financial services stakeholders, including C-suite executives, CIOs, CDOs and heads of digital, transformation and customer experience.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor—helping clients balance innovation, regulatory requirements and operational resilience.</li> <li>Shape strategic roadmaps aligned to Valtech’s capabilities across digital experience, data & AI, commerce and enterprise transformation. </li> </ul> Growth & Revenue Ownership  <ul> <li> Own commercial performance across your client portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting and long-term growth planning.</li> <li>Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling Valtech’s end-to-end services.</li> <li>Lead new business pursuits, developing winning strategies, proposals and executive-level presentations.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing, Business Development and Financial Services leadership to strengthen market presence. </li> </ul> Strategic Planning & Execution  <ul> <li> Lead account planning and strategic prioritisation, aligning internal teams around shared objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver high-impact, compliant and scalable solutions.</li> <li>Leverage Valtech’s global delivery model to bring the right expertise to each client challenge. </li> </ul> Delivery Partnership & Quality  <ul> <li> Partner closely with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.</li> <li>Provide strategic oversight and escalation support for complex programmes.</li> <li>Champion excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. </li> </ul> About You:  Financial Services Expertise  <ul> <li> Strong experience working with financial services clients, such as banks, insurance, fintech or asset/wealth managers.</li> <li>Solid understanding of regulatory environments, digital platforms, data governance and security considerations. </li> </ul> Strategic Relationship Builder  <ul> <li> Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, up to and including C-suite, in complex, regulated environments.</li> <li>Skilled at navigating large organisations and influencing decision-makers. </li> </ul> Commercial & Growth Leadership  <ul> <li>Demonstrated success owning and growing £multi-million portfolios. </li> <li>A strong, clear background in client account management. </li> <li>Strong commercial mindset, with experience shaping strategic, value-led engagements. </li> </ul> Collaborative & Influential  <ul> <li> Comfortable working across a global matrix organisation.</li> <li>Inclusive, collaborative and able to lead through influence. </li> </ul> Thought Leadership & Innovation Mindset  <ul> <li>Understanding of trends such as open banking, embedded finance, AI, personalisation and platform modernisation.</li> <li>Passion for designing secure, customer-centric financial experiences. </li> </ul> Communication & Executive Presence  <ul> <li> Excellent communication and storytelling skills.</li> <li>Confident in executive-level discussions and complex stakeholder environments. </li> </ul> <h3>Commitment to reaching all kinds of people </h3> We design experiences that work for all kinds of people -
