Primary responsibilities include: &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Providing exceptional service while anticipating client needs and concerns, and proactively delivering solutions for all aspects of client relationships</li> <li>Supporting complex client onboarding and investment account opening processes including subscription documentation for private investments</li> <li>Participate in working with custodian service teams to facilitate client activity</li> <li>Assisting experienced team members as a liaison with client’s other trusted advisors such as accountants, attorneys, lenders and insurance advisors</li> <li>Creating and maintaining client and partner data n Salesforce and other systems</li> <li>Monitoring and assisting with client inquiries and issues, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed, across a variety of family office-focused areas, including major purchases, philanthropic grant-making, and personal staffing</li> <li>Managing risk and assisting the Firm in adhering to regulatory compliance and operational policies and procedures</li> <li>Assisting with managing cash positions, money movements, and private banking services for clients as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have 4+ years of experience in professional client service or operations work in financial services; preferably within private wealth management, either with an RIA or with a multi-family office</li> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li> <li>Possess a service-oriented mindset and are motivated to help others</li> <li>Are well-organized and deadline-driven</li> <li>Are proactive and possess strong follow-up and organizational skills</li> <li>Pay attention to the details and are accurate without losing sight of the big picture</li> <li>Manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li> <li>Enjoy collaborative environments and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders</li> <li>Enjoy solving problems - if you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it</li> <li>Love taking on challenges and finding creative solutions</li> <li>Doesn’t get flustered easily</li> <li>Are discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information</li> <li>Work well independently and as part of a team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <p>Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks.&nbsp; We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.</p> <p>The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $100,000 - $135,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.</p> <p>Our benefits package includes:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental &amp; vision insurance – 100% of premium covered for employees</li> <li>401k participation with employer contribution</li> <li>Generous paid time off&nbsp;</li> <li>Commuter benefits program (pre-paid tax dollars towards your commute)</li> <li>Fitness Reimbursement</li> <li>Annual Professional Development Stipend</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p>We are empathetic problem solvers and subject matter experts, committed to serving clients at the highest level of trust and partnership.
