<p>SPS Global Solutions is seeking for a Client Services Supervisor – Print & Mail Services is responsible for overseeing daily print and mailroom operations at Moody’s while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong client partnership. This role provides hands-on operational leadership, supervises onsite staff, maintains production standards, and serves as the primary escalation point for print and mail-related services.</p>

<h2><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h2>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Leadership & Client Partnership</strong></span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><br>• Serve as the primary onsite lead for Print & Mail Services operations.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Act as the main point of contact for Moody’s stakeholders regarding services.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Proactively engage clients to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Address service escalations and implement corrective action.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Participate in operational meetings and provide updates to leadership.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Operational Oversight</strong></span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><br>• Supervise and coordinate daily mailroom and print production activities.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Oversee sorting, organizing, and distribution of incoming mail and packages.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Ensure accurate logging and tracking of courier deliveries and outbound shipments.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Monitor print queue, production timelines, and service level adherence.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Ensure compliance with safety standards including lifting protocols (up to 50 lbs.).</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Print Production & Quality Control</strong></span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><br>• Review job orders to confirm specifications and production timelines.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Ensure high-quality production of black-and-white and color print jobs.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Oversee finishing services including mounting, trimming, laminating, and binding.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Conduct quality control checks to maintain presentation standards.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Equipment Management & Vendor Coordination</strong></span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><br>• Maintain print equipment in optimal working condition.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate service calls.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Serve as liaison with equipment vendors and service providers.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Minimize downtime through proactive monitoring.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Inventory & Administrative Management</strong></span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><br>• Manage paper and supply inventory levels.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Monitor usage trends and forecast supply needs.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Maintain accurate service logs and operational documentation.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Ensure compliance with SPS reporting standards.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Financial & Performance Accountability</strong></span></p>
<p><br>• Support cost control initiatives and operational efficiency targets.</p>
<p>• Monitor staffing levels and overtime to align with budget.</p>
<p>• Track service metrics and KPIs (volume, turnaround time, quality).</p>
<p>• Contribute to business reviews and performance reporting.</p>

<h2><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></h2>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><br>• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• 2–5 years of experience in print production, mailroom, or workplace services.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Prior supervisory experience preferred.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</p>
