As a <strong data-start="445" data-end="489">Client Services Associate (Mail & Print)</strong>, you’ll support essential workplace functions—from document production to mail processing—ensuring operations run efficiently and on time.</p>

<ul data-start="938" data-end="1185">
<li data-section-id="15su9d5" data-start="938" data-end="1005">Process <strong data-start="948" data-end="988">print, binding, and kitting requests</strong> with accuracy.</li>
<li data-section-id="iu6dh0" data-start="1006" data-end="1089">Prepare and manage <strong data-start="1027" data-end="1086">outgoing mail, shipping requests, and accountable items</strong>.</li>
<li data-section-id="8bw2m6" data-start="1090" data-end="1185">Handle <strong data-start="1099" data-end="1144">time-sensitive and confidential materials</strong> in accordance with security protocols.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1187" data-end="1222"><em>Equipment & Technical Support</em></p>
<ul data-start="1223" data-end="1475">
<li data-section-id="8dtexx" data-start="1223" data-end="1286">Ensure <strong data-start="1232" data-end="1283">copy/print equipment is operational and stocked</strong>.</li>
<li data-section-id="cm15r6" data-start="1287" data-end="1358">Perform basic maintenance such as <strong data-start="1323" data-end="1355">replenishing paper and toner</strong>.</li>
<li data-section-id="1ovel0a" data-start="1359" data-end="1475">Use <strong data-start="1365" data-end="1420">Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</strong> and internal systems for tracking and communication.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1477" data-end="1512"><em>Inventory & Workplace Support</em></p>

<li data-section-id="1q8i67q" data-start="1513" data-end="1575">Manage and maintain <strong data-start="1535" data-end="1572">office and print supply inventory</strong>.</li>
<li data-section-id="l007kx" data-start="1576" data-end="1625">Maintain a <strong data-start="1589" data-end="1622">clean and organized work area</strong>.</li>
</ul>
