<h1>Client Services Supervisor</h1> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Typical Working hours</strong>: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM</p> <h2>Lead Workplace Operations and Team Performance</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">SPS Global Solutions is seeking a <strong>Client Services Supervisor</strong> to oversee daily workplace operations, support onsite teams, and maintain strong client relationships.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This role provides hands-on leadership across workplace services, team management, vendor coordination, and operational support while serving as a key point of escalation for day-to-day issues. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing people leadership with operational responsibilities.</p> <div><hr></div> <h2>Why This Role Matters</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This position helps ensure workplace services run efficiently by supporting employees, maintaining operational standards, and driving positive client experiences.</p> <div><hr></div> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Operations &amp; Workplace Support</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Oversee daily workplace operations and ensure service expectations are met</li> <li>Maintain operational procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement</li> <li>Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and monthly reporting metrics</li> <li>Serve as an escalation point for operational, facilities, and technology-related issues</li> </ul> <h3>Team Leadership &amp; Development</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Supervise, coach, and support onsite team members</li> <li>Assign responsibilities, communicate priorities, and provide performance feedback</li> <li>Assist with onboarding, training materials, and team development initiatives</li> </ul> <h3>Client &amp; Vendor Coordination</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Support client relationships through regular communication and business reviews</li> <li>Manage vendor partnerships and monitor service delivery expectations</li> <li>Address service concerns and implement solutions when needed</li> </ul> <h3>Financial &amp; Administrative Oversight</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Support payroll, billing, accounts receivable, and reporting deadlines</li> <li>Assist with account budget forecasting and financial tracking</li> <li>Maintain operational performance aligned with business objectives</li> </ul> <h3>Compliance &amp; Standards</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Maintain knowledge of workplace policies and complaint escalation procedures</li> <li>Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety practices, and workplace standards</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li> <li>Client-facing experience and relationship management abilities</li> <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Ability to work independently and lead within a service-driven environment</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in workplace services, office operations, facilities, or related environments</li> <li>2–4 years of leadership experience managing teams of varying sizes</li> <li>Previous supervisory experience preferred</li> <li>Experience supporting workplace technology, facilities, or operational workflows preferred</li> </ul> <div><hr></div> <h2>Physical Requirements</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. as needed</li> <li>Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the workday</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel:</strong> None / Negligible</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 12px;"><em>Compensation:&nbsp;<br>The expected compensation is an&nbsp;estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12px;"><em>Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI):<br>No AI or automated decision-making tools are used to screen, assess, or select candidates for this role.
