This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them successfully activate, manage, and measure audience-based advertising campaigns through OpenAP's platform and solutions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, highly organized, and committed to team success. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating cross-functionally, and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Client Relationship Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage and grow relationships across an assigned portfolio of agency clients.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented support.</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders while representing OpenAP's products and services.</li> <li>Monitor account health, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and recommend solutions that support client growth.</li> <li>Support account retention, renewal, and upsell efforts through strong client engagement and partnership.</li> <li>Participate in client-facing activities, including in-person meetings and client entertainment for relationship building.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Campaign Execution&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead pre-campaign planning, campaign activation support, mid-campaign check-ins, and post-campaign reporting and analysis.</li> <li>Consult clients on audience activation strategies, campaign execution, and measurement best practices.</li> <li>Leverage campaign performance data and Platform insights to deliver strategic recommendations and optimize client outcomes.</li> <li>Conduct client-facing OpenAP Platform demonstrations, reporting walkthroughs, and educational sessions to drive Platform adoption and utilization.</li> <li>Lead both in-person and virtual client presentations, business reviews, campaign recaps, and strategic discussions, translating campaign performance into clear, actionable recommendations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Agency Development, Publisher and Audience Solutions, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional alignment on client priorities, ensuring timely communication of updates, recommendations, insights, and next steps.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain a high level of organization and follow-through across client requests, deliverables, and deadlines.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, internal processes, and operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Team &amp; Culture</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment through knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and active participation in team discussions and initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must Haves</strong></p> <h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>4–7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.</li> <li>Experience within advertising, media, ad technology, television, or streaming.</li> <li>Strong professional presence to confidently engage with senior client stakeholders.</li> <li>Familiarity with advertising agency workflows and the campaign management lifecycle.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Client Management &amp; Communication</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to participate in client-facing activities, including in-person meetings and client entertainment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through in managing projects and client relationships.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Organization &amp; Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience developing client-facing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills.</li> <li>Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive action.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3> <p>At OpenAP, our most valuable asset is our people. The exact salary will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
