Clinic Coordinator – Great Lakes Dental Care

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, supporting others, and being an important part of keeping the clinical day flowing efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate hygiene exams with doctors
• Communicate between hygienists and doctors to keep patients moving smoothly
• Help keep the hygiene department running on time
• Maintain sterilization and instrument flow
• Stock operatories and clinical supplies
• Support the clinical team throughout the day
• Help create a positive experience for both patients and teammates

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone who enjoys multitasking and staying active
• Comfortable being on your feet and walking throughout the day — we are a large, fast-paced practice!
• Dental experience preferred, but personality and work ethic matter most!
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow
