You’ll guide a dedicated team of clinicians while driving program growth, ensuring quality care, and maintaining a strong, client-centered culture.</p> <hr data-start="1089" data-end="1092"> <h3 data-section-id="gvrn24" data-start="1094" data-end="1119"><strong data-start="1098" data-end="1119">Position Overview</strong></h3> <p data-start="1121" data-end="1438">The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical programming, staff supervision, and day-to-day operations of the site. This individual will play a critical role in shaping program development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.</p> <p data-start="1440" data-end="1679">The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with strong leadership experience, a passion for developing teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.</p> <hr data-start="1681" data-end="1684"> <h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="1686" data-end="1714"><strong data-start="1690" data-end="1714">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1716" data-end="3079"> <li data-section-id="5axb71" data-start="1716" data-end="1844">Provide leadership and oversight of outpatient and PHP programs serving adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders</li> <li data-section-id="1bdt6de" data-start="1845" data-end="1968">Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering professional growth and accountability</li> <li data-section-id="1ujolhs" data-start="1969" data-end="2077">Conduct clinical assessments, assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses, and guide treatment planning and implementation</li> <li data-section-id="1j6034l" data-start="2078" data-end="2171">Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care</li> <li data-section-id="xlrxhd" data-start="2172" data-end="2286">Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and regular staff supervision (individual and group)</li> <li data-section-id="dqw9i" data-start="2287" data-end="2373">Drive program development and strategic growth initiatives to meet community needs</li> <li data-section-id="1mgvnfo" data-start="2374" data-end="2492">Monitor key performance indicators including access to care, engagement, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction</li> <li data-section-id="17t4w4i" data-start="2493" data-end="2587">Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards (e.g., CARF)</li> <li data-section-id="yt2w2t" data-start="2588" data-end="2704">Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, including chart audits and documentation reviews</li> <li data-section-id="7bnui2" data-start="2705" data-end="2826">Oversee site operations in collaboration with senior leadership, including workflow optimization and service delivery</li> <li data-section-id="16r8dn3" data-start="2827" data-end="2914">Support budget awareness and resource management to align with organizational goals</li> <li data-section-id="r9rtft" data-start="2915" data-end="2988">Respond to client crises and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment</li> <li data-section-id="njcrow" data-start="2989" data-end="3079">Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support program success</li> </ul> <hr data-start="3081" data-end="3084"> <h3 data-section-id="gt7pdx" data-start="3086" data-end="3122"><strong data-start="3090" data-end="3122">Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="3124" data-end="3345"> <li data-section-id="otn3cn" data-start="3124" data-end="3199">Provide direct supervision and leadership to clinical and support staff</li> <li data-section-id="1gdko5a" data-start="3200" data-end="3281">Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement</li> <li data-section-id="1kozt7p" data-start="3282" data-end="3345">Support hiring, training, and staff development initiatives</li> </ul> <hr data-start="3347" data-end="3350"> <h3 data-section-id="15diiqs" data-start="3352" data-end="3374"><strong data-start="3356" data-end="3374">Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul data-start="3376" data-end="4055"> <li data-section-id="n1ssq9" data-start="3376" data-end="3504">Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage &amp;
