Making a positive difference to our client’s lives is our passion and it’s this that sets us apart.</p> <hr> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals. Effectively&nbsp;communicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision by providing feedback,&nbsp;conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.</p> </li> </ul> <p>This is a role where your nursing skills and knowledge will really make a difference.</p> <hr> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <p>We don’t expect perfection.
