You’ll play a key role in coaching team members, driving performance, and ensuring best‑in‑class support for patients and partners.</p> <hr> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Lead and support teams including Specialty Pharmacy Liaisons and other patient support roles</li> <li>Coach, train, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management</li> <li>Ensure consistent use of best practices related to prior authorizations, financial assistance, refills, appointments, and patient outreach</li> <li>Partner closely with clinics, pharmacies, and internal teams to deliver a seamless patient experience</li> <li>Monitor performance metrics and help teams meet service, growth, and patient outcome goals</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient satisfaction</li> <li>Build strong relationships with clinic leaders, pharmacy teams, and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Ensure team coverage and continuity of service</li> <li>Share performance updates and contribute to strategic initiatives such as new clinic launches</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>PharmD, RPh, or BS in Pharmacy (required)</li> <li>Active pharmacist license (required)</li> <li>5+ years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with patient and clinician interaction</li> <li>2+ years of people management experience (preferred)</li> <li>Experience working with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams (outpatient or clinic setting preferred)</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills</li> <li>Comfortable managing performance metrics while maintaining clinical quality</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); able to quickly learn new systems</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>You’ll Thrive Here If You Are</h3> <ul> <li>A motivating, supportive leader who enjoys developing others</li> <li>Patient‑focused and service‑oriented</li> <li>Organized, dependable, and detail‑driven</li> <li>Collaborative and comfortable working in close‑knit teams</li> <li>Passionate about improving access to specialty medications</li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $100,000 and $150,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
