About the role

Position Summary

The Clinical Psychologist is responsible for delivering parent training services and supporting key administrative processes within the clinical operation.

This role focuses on guiding caregivers in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, ensuring consistency between clinical plans and home environments, and supporting administrative workflows that contribute to service quality, coordination, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Parent Training

  • Conduct parent training sessions aligned with treatment plans.
  • Educate caregivers on ABA principles, behavior management strategies, and skill-building techniques.
  • Provide coaching and real-time feedback to caregivers to ensure proper implementation.
  • Monitor caregiver progress and adjust training approaches as needed (in coordination with supervising clinician).
  • Document all parent training sessions accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Clinical Coordination Support

  • Support communication between caregivers and clinical teams.
  • Reinforce treatment plan goals through caregiver engagement.
  • Escalate clinical concerns or barriers to the supervising clinician.
  • Ensure alignment between parent training and clinical objectives.

3. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, attendance, and progress notes.
  • Support scheduling coordination for parent training sessions.
  • Track parent participation and engagement metrics.
  • Assist with reports related to parent training outcomes and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.

4. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all parent training aligns with clinical protocols and ethical standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of client information.
  • Support adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Scope of the Role

  • Direct interaction with caregivers (parents/families).
  • Support across multiple cases as assigned.
  • Contribution to overall service quality and client outcomes.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology (required).
  • Licensed or registered psychologist (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in clinical or behavioral health settings.
  • Experience working with children and families (preferred).
  • Experience with ABA or behavioral interventions (highly preferred).
