Leveraging your deep clinical research expertise, you will help optimize site operations, improve trial execution, increase patient enrollment, and drive adoption of Iterative Health's products and services.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This highly collaborative, customer-facing role combines clinical research operations, consultative support, training, and technology adoption. You will work directly with investigators, research coordinators, and site leadership to implement best practices and maximize research performance across clinical trial programs.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Where You’ll Drive Impact&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned customer research sites, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clinical research operational support.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assess site workflows, identify operational gaps, and provide strategic recommendations to improve study execution, patient recruitment, retention, and overall site performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical research workflows, gastrointestinal clinical trials, and the application of Iterative Health services and AI solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption and needs</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You Bring to the Team</span></h2> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Lead CRC, Research Manager, or equivalent role.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Extensive experience supporting Phase II-IV pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of clinical trial startup activities, feasibility assessments, regulatory requirements, informed consent processes, patient recruitment strategies, and study conduct.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and industry best practices.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to independently manage customer relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience evaluating and improving clinical research workflows and operational processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong presentation, training, facilitation, and communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.</span></li> <li><span 10pt;">Preferred Qualifications</span></h2> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience supporting IBD or gastrointestinal clinical trials.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with research site networks, CROs, sponsors, or clinical trial technology companies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with CTMS platforms such as RealTime, Clinical Conductor, CRIO, Florence, or similar systems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gastroenterology research, and endoscopic clinical endpoints.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience delivering formal training programs, process improvement initiatives, or operational consulting to clinical research sites.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience supporting technology-enabled or decentralized clinical trial solutions.</span></li> </ul>
