Co-Occurring Programs</strong><br data-start="279" data-end="282"><strong data-start="282" data-end="295">Location:</strong> <em data-start="296" data-end="327">Center City, Philadelphia, PA</em><br data-start="327" data-end="330"><strong data-start="330" data-end="342">Company:</strong> <em data-start="343" data-end="399">High Focus Centers (Formerly Onward Behavioral Health)</em></p> <p data-start="401" data-end="448"><strong data-start="401" data-end="448">Make an Impact in the Heart of Philadelphia</strong></p> <p data-start="450" data-end="708">High Focus Centers, a trusted name in outpatient behavioral healthcare and a proud member of the Pyramid Healthcare family, is seeking a <strong data-start="587" data-end="610">Clinical Supervisor</strong> to oversee our <strong data-start="626" data-end="675">adult mental health and co-occurring programs</strong> in <strong data-start="679" data-end="707">Center City Philadelphia</strong>.</p> <p data-start="710" data-end="910">We offer a collaborative, mission-driven environment where you can lead a passionate clinical team and help drive meaningful outcomes for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.</p> <p data-start="912" data-end="1026"><strong data-start="912" data-end="925">Schedule:</strong><br data-start="925" data-end="928"><em data-start="928" data-end="1026">Full-time, Monday through Friday with two evening shifts per week (until approximately 8:15 PM).</em></p> <h3 data-start="1028" data-end="1057"><strong data-start="1032" data-end="1057">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1058" data-end="1985"> <li data-start="1058" data-end="1222"> <p data-start="1060" data-end="1222">Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.</p> </li> <li data-start="1223" data-end="1311"> <p data-start="1225" data-end="1311">Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care and assign DSM V-TR diagnoses.</p> </li> <li data-start="1312" data-end="1398"> <p data-start="1314" data-end="1398">Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.</p> </li> <li data-start="1399" data-end="1476"> <p data-start="1401" data-end="1476">Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case reviews.</p> </li> <li data-start="1477" data-end="1567"> <p data-start="1479" data-end="1567">Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.</p> </li> <li data-start="1568" data-end="1660"> <p data-start="1570" data-end="1660">Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.</p> </li> <li data-start="1661" data-end="1749"> <p data-start="1663" data-end="1749">Support the Program Director in program development and quality assurance initiatives.</p> </li> <li data-start="1750" data-end="1823"> <p data-start="1752" data-end="1823">Perform clinical documentation reviews, including regular chart audits.</p> </li> <li data-start="1824" data-end="1901"> <p data-start="1826" data-end="1901">Respond to client crises and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.</p> </li> <li data-start="1902" data-end="1985"> <p data-start="1904" data-end="1985">Ensure all programming meets licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1987" data-end="2010"><strong data-start="1991" data-end="2010">Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="2011" data-end="2440"> <li data-start="2011" data-end="2140"> <p data-start="2013" data-end="2140">Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.</p> </li> <li data-start="2141" data-end="2198"> <p data-start="2143" data-end="2198">Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.</p> </li> <li data-start="2199" data-end="2280"> <p data-start="2201" data-end="2280">Minimum <strong data-start="2209" data-end="2249">5 years of post-licensure experience</strong> in behavioral health settings.</p> </li> <li data-start="2281" data-end="2353"> <p data-start="2283" data-end="2353">At least <strong data-start="2292" data-end="2352">5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="2354" data-end="2440"> <p data-start="2356" data-end="2440">Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Pyramid CORE Values:</strong></p> <p>We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.&nbsp;
