<p><strong>Location:</strong> Eastern Suffolk County (with travel to LI districts for caseload and supervision)</p>
<p><strong>Status: </strong>Full-Time (12 month salary)</p>
<p><strong>Hours: </strong>Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm</p>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Starting at $78,000</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Works closely and collaboratively with the Assistant Director and/or Clinical Director of the company to determine and delegate short-term and long-term clinical improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Assistant Director and/or Clinical Director in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees</li>
<li>Participate in collaborative team meetings clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals</li>
<li>Assisting in Managing the schedule, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members</li>
<li>Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required</li>
<li>Provide direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors.</li>
<li>Up to 10 administrative hours a week</li>
<li>Assisting the Assistant/Clinical Directors for the following:</li>
<li>Field phone calls/emails/texts from therapists</li>
<li>Report reading</li>
<li>Training new therapists:</li>
<li>Interpreting and understanding IEPs</li>
<li>Log writing</li>
<li>Report writing</li>
<li>Guidance regarding communication with county coordinators/school districts /parents with concerns</li>
<li>Explanations of forms (meeting forms, request for meetings forms, how to determine appropriate CPT codes)</li>
<li>Answer and assist them with questions ranging from clinical concerns to billing</li>
<li>Evaluation training</li>
<li>Direct observations of specific children who are difficult to either manage behaviorally or who have multiple needs (language, cognition, motor, etc.,)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities may include: </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Utilizing Excel to track all key indicators</li>
<li>Performs other work as may be assigned by the line leaders</li>
<li>Utilizing online programs or platforms to provide support as needed</li>
</ul>

<li>Current New York State Physical Therapy License (DPT)</li>
<li>Minimum of three years of experience working with children with special needs, ages birth through 21</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills: MS Word, Excel, EMR</li>
</ul>
