Join us in making a lasting impact!</div>Title: Clinical Therapist, Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed   Reports to: Executive Director  Department/Location: Onsite at our Woburn, MA Clinic FLSA Status: Exempt  Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p   Role Summary:   The Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.  Role
