From software developers and product managers to designers and strategists, Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Rethinking IT.&nbsp;At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.</p> <p></p></div><h3><strong>Requirement (Must-Haves)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in backend or cloud development using Python, with strong proficiency in Django framework.</li> <li>Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining cloud applications on AWS.</li> <li>Solid understanding of authentication/authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, or SAML.</li> <li>Familiarity with RESTful API design, integration best practices, and secure token-based authentication.</li> <li>Proficient in writing modular, well-tested, and maintainable code.</li> <li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to scalability, security, and maintainability.</li> <li>Proficiency in AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and expertise in AI development techniques, such as Spec-Driven Development, are required.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience building or maintaining enterprise SSO systems or identity platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with identity federation, multi-tenant authentication, or cross-domain SSO.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).</li> <li>Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, MFA, and other modern security frameworks.</li> <li>Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging stacks (e.g., ELK, CloudWatch).</li> <li>Contributions to open source Django or security-related projects.</li> </ul>
