<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Soho House Mumbai. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>

<li>Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.</li>
<li>Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets.</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently.</li>
<li>Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.</li>
<li>Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations.</li>
<li>Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings.</li>
<li>Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.</li>

<li>Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership, or hospitality is preferred.</li>
