<div class="job-container my-3" data-v-62a5706a="" data-v-34a5e922=""> <div class="job-detail-container-description auto-height-container" data-v-62a5706a=""> <div class="job-sub-detail" data-v-62a5706a="">&nbsp;</div> </div> </div> <div class="aligment-container my-3" data-v-59164432="" data-v-34a5e922="">We are looking for Club&nbsp;Receptionist with the qualifications below: <ul> <li>A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members and by guests</li> <li>Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time</li> <li>Being approachable and reliable</li> <li>Ability to be flexible as the job changes</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary</li> <li>Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish</li> </ul> <h3>JOB DESCRIPTION</h3> Responsibility for the care of club private members throughout their visit <ul> <li>To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service</li> <li>Responsibility for private member’s check-in control, concierge duties and check-out</li> <li>To meet, greet and bid farewell to all private members – with a smile and making eye contact</li> <li>To escort private member guests to related place whenever possible</li> <li>Fully understand and operate the telephone systems</li> <li>Fully understand and operate the club private membership system</li> <li>Accountable for the Club Reception cash handling issues</li> <li>To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries</li> </ul> </div>
