<p class="x_x_x_x_x_x_x_x_x_x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary</li>
<li>Knowledge of POS device</li>
<li>Service knowledge</li>
<li>Spoken and written fluency in English</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any</li>
<li>Suggest food and beverages to the guests and also try to up-sell</li>
<li>Take food and beverage orders from the guests on the order taking pads</li>
<li>Making sure that the order is correct by repeating them to the guests</li>
<li>Entering the food and beverage in our Micros System</li>
<li>Mise-en-Place / adhering to the duties check-lists</li>
<li>Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor/manager</li>
<li>Filling in for absent staff as needed</li>
<li>Communicate to the guests and provide assistance with their queries</li>
<li>Coordinate with different departments (i.e. bar/kitchen etc.) to ensure smooth operation and guests satisfaction</li>
<li>Promptly respond to the guests with any additional requests</li>
<li>Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently</li>
<li>Is aware of allergy procedure</li>
<li>Is familiar with all tasting-notes from all menu items (food and beverage)</li>
<li>Help other areas of the restaurant when needed</li>
<li>Is familiar with the waiter-cashing out procedure</li>
<li>Making sure that a proper handover has been done before leaving the shift</li>
