Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as mobility, grooming, and personal care as needed.
• Support medication management according to certification requirements and community guidelines.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior to the Director of Nursing or licensed staff.
• Document care provided accurately and promptly.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and care standards to ensure resident well-being.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with the care team to provide quality support.

 

Qualifications

• Part Time Hours
• Schedule: Days, Evenings  
• Everyother weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Certified Med Tech license preferred
