The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mainframe technologies and be capable of maintaining, optimizing, and modernizing existing applications.</p> <hr data-start="435" data-end="438"> <h3 data-start="1375" data-end="1426"><strong data-start="1375" data-end="1423">3–8 years of experience in COBOL development</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1n2g70y" data-start="1427" data-end="1527"> <p data-start="1429" data-end="1527">Strong experience with <strong data-start="1452" data-end="1493"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">IBM z/OS</span></span></strong> or similar mainframe platforms.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1q7ru7u" data-start="1528" data-end="1638"> <p data-start="1530" data-end="1638">Hands-on experience with <strong data-start="1555" data-end="1596"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span
