Collection Analyst plays a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow and strong financial discipline across the business. The role is responsible for executing core processes within Collections and Reporting, including pre-collection and collection of receivables, monitoring and managing blocked orders, and maintaining accurate customer master data.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Various activities form Collection area assigned by supervisor including : Pre-Collection/Collection of receivables, blocked orders monitoring & management, Master Data maintenance
• Participation in projects
• Audit support

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Good teamwork skills
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn & develop
• Ability to plan own work and respect deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word), Knowledge of Sap
• Bachelor’s degree or student, or in lieu of degree a GED
