<p>Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom-printed apparel company. We partner with talented students, providing them with the capital, training, and support to build apparel businesses on their campuses.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The Finance Team manages all cash inflows and outflows at Fresh Prints. As a Collections Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and improving the systems and performance of our receivables function.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue realization and ensuring strong cash flow discipline across the business. You will own collections performance, build scalable processes, and lead a team responsible for recovering outstanding payments efficiently and professionally.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>As a member of our Finance Team, you're going to have wide-ranging responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage a team of 2–5 Collections Associates</li>
<li>Own end-to-end collections operations (inbound & outbound follow-ups, payment tracking, dispute resolution)</li>
<li>Drive improvements in:
<ul>
<li>Set, track, and optimize team performance metrics</li>
<li>Manage customer and vendor communication for payment recovery</li>
<li>Handle escalations and resolve complex or sensitive cases</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Build and improve collections workflows, systems, and SOPs</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations</li>
<li>Ensure accurate reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly collections data</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>3+ years of experience in Finance, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or </strong>Operations/Project Management in fast-paced environments</li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>2+ years of experience managing a team (ideally 2 to 5 people)</strong></li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal, especially for difficult conversations)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Core Skills: Must-Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong data orientation (Excel, dashboards, tracking metrics)</li>
<li>Ability to define and track key metrics such as:
<ul>
<li>Collections efficiency</li>
<li>Agent productivity</li>
<li>Call volume and conversion</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Proven ability to improve processes or workflows</li>
<li>Strong ownership and execution mindset</li>
<li>Ability to make decisions independently and move fast</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in B2C collections or high-volume customer operations</li>
<li>Exposure to CRM or ticketing tools</li>
<li>Experience implementing or improving collections tools</li>
<li>Background in finance, revenue operations, or customer success</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Work From Home / Remote</p>
<p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 7:<span style="font-weight: 400;">00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (US Timings)</span>, Monday to Friday</p>
<p><strong>Monthly Salary:</strong> Competitive salary, depending on experience</p>
