This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, are cleaned regularly.</p> <p><strong>COMPENSATION: </strong>$12 per hour.</p> <p><strong>KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.</li> <li>&nbsp;Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.</li> <li>&nbsp;Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.</li> <li>&nbsp;Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.</li> <li>&nbsp;Participate in Redstone training as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)</li> <li>&nbsp;Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight</li> <li>&nbsp;Must have a friendly demeanor</li> <li>&nbsp;Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
