We’re building a transparent, customer-first sales culture where people feel respected in every interaction, not “sold to.” Our goal: customers who love our product&nbsp;<em>and</em>&nbsp;love working with us.</p> <p>We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive (AE) to own their territory. As an AE, you’ll be the CEO of your patch - driving net-new business with the support of our Sales Development, Partner, and Solutions Engineering teams. You’ll build executive relationships, close high-value SaaS deals, and help define how Doppel scales in mid-market.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Drive new business in the mid-market segment (companies with $1 billion in revenue &amp; below).</p> </li> <li> <p>Run consultative sales cycles, building strong, trusted relationships.<br>Map Doppel’s products to real customer problems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Qualify opportunities and close deals with discipline, creativity, and integrity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Share feedback from the field to help improve our product and sales motion.</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience, including 1+ in SaaS/tech sales (cybersecurity or infra a plus).</p> </li> <li> <p>Track record selling into mid-market accounts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong consultative sales skills: customer-first, transparent, honest.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to engage business and technical buyers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Startup mindset: adaptable, self-directed, collaborative.</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Why Join Doppel</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>The base salary for this role is $80,000 base with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $120,000 + uncapped commission (with quarterly accelerators).</p> </li> <li> <p>Meaningful equity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Remote-first flexibility + flexible PTO.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent health, dental, vision, and parental leave benefits.</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <p>We’re hiring across multiple US &amp; Canadian territories.
