About the role

Overview

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious operator to join our growing team. You'll report to the and be a key part of our founding GTM team.

Role

  • You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline – running creative, multi-channel pipeline generation and qualifying opportunities.

  • You'll quickly learn the full commercial motion. We're still a small team, so you'll be involved in every aspect of the sales process, contributing to a team target rather than individual quota. This could mean leading discovery calls, driving forward due diligence processes or writing proposals.

  • You'll influence how we go to market, not just execute someone else's playbook – you'll help decide which segments to prioritise, which messages land, and how we build a repeatable commercial engine.

  • As a strong performer, you'll accelerate into a deal-leading and quota-owning role in 12 months or an adjacent path within our commercial team.

We’re looking for someone who…

  • is a high performer, whichever shape that has taken – academic, professional, sporting or otherwise.

  • is motivated by winning, not just by doing good work – you want to drive a business forward by growing revenue, not just run campaigns.

  • thrives in a fast-paced, less structured environment – you're confident working out what the most important thing is at any given moment, without waiting to be told.

  • is commercially sharp and credible – you ask good questions, listen hard and adapt quickly. Ex-accountants/auditors could make great candidates for this role, but this isn’t a requirement – what matters is that you can hold your own with a senior partner at an audit firm.

  • can think outside the box – you embrace AI and enjoy figuring out new ways of doing things.

  • is able to spend at least 2 days (Monday + Tuesday) per week at our office in Central London.

FAQs

  • What is your office/remote working policy?

    • Everybody attends our Central London office on Mondays and Tuesdays, unless it’s a day off! It’s really important for us to have this time together, face-to-face.

    • You can choose to work from home or attend the office on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

  • What are the working hours like?

    • We believe that we get the best results in the long term by keeping things sustainable. Problem solving and relationship building works better when you’re feeling fresh!

    • Aim for 9am-6pm with flexibility when you need it. Sometimes we’ll have to work late or on a weekend to meet a deadline, but this is the exception and not the norm.

    • We expect you to use up your annual leave allowance in full and encourage you to make best use of the monthly Friday off! (see Benefits)

  • Where is the office?

    • The office is currently located right next to Victoria station in London.

    • If we move to a new office, it will be in Central London and near to a public transport hub.

  • Do you have company socials?

    • We have a social every month on an office Tuesday.

    • There’s a generous budget so we can enjoy an activity or go for a nice meal.
