Este rol está enfocado en acompañar actividades en almacenes, puntos de venta y centros comerciales, asegurando una correcta implementación, seguimiento operativo y relacionamiento con aliados comerciales.</p> <p>Buscamos una persona dinámica, organizada y con actitud comercial, que disfrute el trabajo en movimiento y el contacto constante con clientes y puntos físicos.</p> <p><strong>⚡ Tu día a día</strong></p> <p>• Visitar puntos de venta, aliados y espacios comerciales asignados<br>• Hacer seguimiento a actividades comerciales y ejecución en campo<br>• Apoyar iniciativas de mercadeo, activaciones y relacionamiento con aliados<br>• Gestionar reportes básicos, seguimiento operativo y actualización de información<br>• Mantener comunicación constante con clientes y equipos internos<br>• Asegurar el cumplimiento de actividades y tiempos establecidos<br>• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia y ejecución comercial</p> <p><strong>🛠️ Lo que te hará brillar</strong></p> <p>• Experiencia de 6 meses a 1 año en ventas, activaciones, trade marketing, servicio al cliente o roles comerciales similares<br>• Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con buena actitud de servicio<br>• Habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal<br>• Organización y capacidad de seguimiento operativo<br>• Manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas<br>• Disponibilidad para trabajo frecuente en campo y desplazamientos<br>• Contar con vehículo propio será un plus importante</p> <p><strong>🎁 ¿Qué tenemos para ti?</strong></p> <p>• Contrato a término indefinido<br>• Modelo híbrido con acompañamiento en campo<br>• Oportunidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje en una red global como WPP<br>• Un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y orientado a las personas</p> <p><strong>🌍 Nuestro compromiso</strong><br>En VML y WPP celebramos la diversidad.
