<p><span data-contrast="auto">IEX is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to our </span><span data-contrast="auto">Associate General Counsel </span><span data-contrast="auto">and will act as a key resource and primary point of contact for our business teams, with a primary focus on commercial contracting and employment-related matters. You should have experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, handling employment matters, providing business focused advice directly to business teams, and exercising strong judgment with a high level of integrity. You will play a central role in supporting day-to-day operations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as the primary legal point of contact for commercial contracting across the business</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including customer agreements, vendor agreements and non-disclosure agreements</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks and processes to drive efficiency and consistency</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner closely with business stakeholders to structure agreements and provide practical, risk-based advice</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<p>Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between <span data-contrast="auto">$175,000 and $190,000</span><span data-contrast="auto"> for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
