As a member of this dynamic cohort, you’ll explore key functions of our commercial organization including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations gaining broad exposure and building the foundation for a successful career in client-facing roles.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What You’ll Do:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Rotate through key areas of the commercial organization in structured intervals</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Learn and apply sales and marketing principles in a real-world healthcare context</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Attend and participate in all mandatory training and development programs designed to build leadership, product knowledge, and industry expertise</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with experienced mentors and peers across the business</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful outcomes throughout your rotations</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Present findings and progress to executive stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Graduates of the program may be considered for full-time opportunities—most commonly in Sales or other customer-facing roles—based on performance and business need at the time of completion</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree (completed by program start date) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">0–2 years of professional experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated drive, initiative, and adaptability</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to build and maintain professional relationships</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p>The compensation for this role is: $25.96- $32.45</p>
<p>The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
