Commercial Director - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Commercial Director - Mixed-use, bringing at least 20 years of professional experience. This leadership role is critical to steering the commercial strategy for our mixed-use development projects, ensuring their successful delivery and sustainable growth.

JASARA PMC is a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, dedicated to the advancement of social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. Our mixed-use developments integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, thereby fostering vibrant communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement commercial strategies tailored to mixed-use projects that align with JASARA's vision.
• Lead all commercial activities encompassing bidding, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand project portfolios and market presence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation.
• Oversee commercial team performance, mentoring staff to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles, specifically within mixed-use developments or relevant sectors.
• Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, and business development.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing commercial teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Middle East construction and development market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
