About the role

About Team

  • Join a commercially focused Finance team that partners with stakeholders across six international markets to support growth, investment decisions, and business performance.

  • Work alongside experienced Finance Modelling Managers and senior leaders in a technology-driven, international business where data and insight shape strategic decisions.

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:

  • Financial Analysis and Insight: Analyse financial performance, revenue trends, impairment metrics, and investment outcomes to provide meaningful insights that support better business decisions and drive sustainable growth.

  • Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives, business cases, scenario planning, and investment decisions, helping stakeholders understand opportunities, risks, and expected outcomes.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring financial plans accurately reflect business performance and provide a reliable foundation for decision-making.

  • Performance Measurement: Monitor actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities that enhance commercial performance across markets.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Collaborate with finance teams, country managers, and cross-functional stakeholders across accounting, data, sales, product, marketing, and credit risk to deliver high-quality financial support and insights.

  • Business Planning: Contribute to business planning activities by consolidating financial information, challenging assumptions, and supporting the development of robust plans that align with organisational objectives.

  • Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

  • Degree-level education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in financial modelling, FP&A, or commercial finance, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced digital environment.

  • Strong Excel skills combined with excellent analytical thinking, organisation, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.

What can we offer you?

  • Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.

  • A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.

  • Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.

  • Move your body, clear your mind – you can use Multisport card or use private health care coverage.

  • A truly international environment – we collaborate with teams from Mexico to Australia. Sounds exciting? That’s just our everyday reality.

From office life

  • Company parking where you can book a parking place.

  • Weekly team lunches – enjoy vouchers to nearby restaurants (yes, sushi included!).

  • Brand new office in a prime location – Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, just 5 minutes from Dworzec Gdański metro station. Inside: 3 types of coffee, ping pong, and a chillout room. Tempted?

  • Flexibility is not a buzzword – hybrid work model (2 days a week at the office) and flexible hours are our standard, not a perk.

Here’s how our team describes our culture

The culture at IPFD is driven by our shared values. People are put first, we accept differences and encourage individuality. Due to our flat business structure, we enjoy collaborating together. Enjoying some good times together is also highly encouraged!
