Fast pace, demanding, fun loving and satisfying work environment.</p> <p>In this role, your goals will be:</p> <p>In three months:</p> <p>· Developed your understanding of WPP Media’s businesses in the local market.</p> <p>· Understood Investment Products, P&amp;L structures, reporting requirements, WPP accounting policies, compliance requirements, commercial requirements and contractual requirements.</p> <p>· Learnt the various systems and applications and how they are integrated into the business.</p> <p>· Built relationships with the key stakeholders across the group.</p> <p>· Review standard legal documents with supervision</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In six months:</p> <p>· Contributed to the management of contract commitments and negotiations.</p> <p>· Provide support to the Product leads on key commercial and financial levers to achieve their PBT targets.</p> <p>· Reviewed and improved efficiencies and profitability across the business pillars.</p> <p>· Understood WPP Media and the other agencies’ clientele with due regard to over-all commercial risks.</p> <p>· Oversee and work with Investment Team and stakeholders to drive Investment Policy compliance</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In 12 months:</p> <p>· Lead the management of contract commitments and negotiations.</p> <p>· Delivered the improvements that have resulted in opportunity conversion, cost savings and streamlined workflows.</p> <p>· Closely worked with the local and relevant regional and global teams for timely and accurate reporting and compliance with WPP policies.</p> <p>· Master Investment Policy Compliance</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What your day job looks like at WPP Media:</p> <p>A great place to work, a supportive and positive team.</p> <p>What you’ll bring:</p> <p>· Integrity</p> <p>· Work with passion</p> <p>· Good initiative</p> <p>· Good teamwork and respect others<br><br></p> <p>Skills and Experience</p> <p>· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA or equivalent professional qualification</p> <p>· More than 7 years of work experience, including contracting, auditing and finance business partnering</p> <p>· Ability to work collaboratively with the agency teams and auditors, (inside and outside finance function) and bring the team together to deliver.</p> <p>· Comfortable working in a large MNC environment and dealing with multiple stakeholders locally and internationally.</p> <p>· Work independently, mature and responsible</p> <p>· Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines</p> <p>· Must have advanced excel skill</p> <p>· Strong business acumen, with attention to details, and good analytical skills</p> <p>· Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills.’</p> <p>· Works with integrity, initiative and a strong sense to take accountability/ ownership and commitment to deliver.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-POST&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p> <p>Life at WPP Media &amp; Benefits&nbsp;</p> <p>Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
