<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Commission and start up chiller and controls systems, optimizing for peak efficiency.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, and supporting equipment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Keep accurate, timely documentation of all service work, repairs, and
