What You’ll Do
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, bearing lubrication, and belt replacement.
- Assist in diagnosing problems or failures in HVAC systems and communicate findings to the service manager.
- Communicate with your supervisor throughout the job to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe, working condition.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to support ongoing learning and development.
- Prepare service documentation, including repair notes and activity logs.
- Travel regularly to out-of-town assignments, including overnight stays.
- Support the team by performing other job-related duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- General mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
- EPA Certification (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as required.
