<p><strong>About This Role </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a few talented HVAC Service Technician's to join our team. This full-time position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems. </p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.</li>
<li>Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Bring </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.</li>
<li>EPA 608 certification (required).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service abilities.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>NATE certification or equivalent.</li>
<li>Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.</li>
</ul>
