Commercial Insurance Associate

The Job

We’re looking to recruit a self-motivated individual with a natural flair of sales within our Commercial Insurance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of Malta's most prominent businesses. If you enjoy meeting people and working as part of a dynamic team in a family feel environment, then we could be a match!

 

The job consists of building and maintaining good business relationships with clients; gathering information and assessing their insurance needs and presenting solutions to help customers make purchasing decisions according to their needs. The chosen candidate will ensure customers understand the terms of cover and prepares the insurance documentation.

About You

You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering an excellent client experience. You are organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated to learn, with an interest in sales and advisory work. You work well as part of a team and are comfortable communicating with clients from different industries and backgrounds.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and ready to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have:

 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers
• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for sales
• Good IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
• A solid educational background (advanced level of education)
• Previous experience in insurance or a customer care role would be a great advantage
