About the Role
- Jim Peplinski Capital is seeking a Commercial Lease Manager to originate and grow asset-based financing solutions for businesses across Canada.
- Your mandate is to find, build, and scale customer relationships, delivering fleet management and asset-backed lending solutions that help clients operate more efficiently and grow with confidence.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of proven performance in a commercial role
- A relationship builder with a natural ability to create trust and long-term partnerships
- High energy and a relentless drive to learn, improve, and win
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and structure practical solutions
- Comfort using technology to improve reach, efficiency, and outcomes
- Background in fleet management, equipment financing, or commercial banking
- A healthy chip on your shoulder and something to prove

What the Role Consists Of
- Originate and grow relationships by developing new fleet and equipment financing opportunities while expanding existing clients
- Deliver best-in-class service by managing lease quotations, renewals, and extensions with precision and responsiveness
- Solve commercial problems by structuring competitive pricing and asset solutions based on client needs
- Own the client journey from commitment through delivery and follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact, accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and growth
