About the Role

  • Jim Peplinski Capital is seeking a Commercial Lease Manager to originate and grow asset-based financing solutions for businesses across Canada.
  • Your mandate is to find, build, and scale customer relationships, delivering fleet management and asset-backed lending solutions that help clients operate more efficiently and grow with confidence.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven performance in a commercial role
  • A relationship builder with a natural ability to create trust and long-term partnerships
  • High energy and a relentless drive to learn, improve, and win
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and structure practical solutions
  • Comfort using technology to improve reach, efficiency, and outcomes
  • Background in fleet management, equipment financing, or commercial banking
  • A healthy chip on your shoulder and something to prove

What the Role Consists Of

  • Originate and grow relationships by developing new fleet and equipment financing opportunities while expanding existing clients
  • Deliver best-in-class service by managing lease quotations, renewals, and extensions with precision and responsiveness
  • Solve commercial problems by structuring competitive pricing and asset solutions based on client needs
  • Own the client journey from commitment through delivery and follow-up
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and growth
