<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong><span data-teams="true">The target annual pay range for this position is $</span>117,216 - $133,200. The full annual pay range is $106,560 - $159,840.</p>

<li>We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.</li>

<p>This position is responsible for developing, growing, and managing a portfolio of quality, member business loan relationships in support of the credit union’s strategic goals within the Washington and Oregon market areas.</p>

<li>Prepare written requests for approval of member business loans that cover all regulatory and credit union requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to understand complex business loan requests, evaluate overall financial capacity of borrowers/guarantors, and identify strengths and weaknesses.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work successfully in a collaborative manner with other staff members.</li>
<li>Establish program goals and objectives that support the credit union’s strategic plan.</li>
<li>Ability to make recommendations on loan pricing, terms, risk grades, evaluate the liquidation value of collateral, specify sources of repayment, assess industry business and management risks, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to generate a high volume of new loan originations and deposits, while managing a significantly sized loan portfolio.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain a good rapport with management, employees, vendors and members.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis including analysis of borrower financial statements, CRE investor real estate, C&I lending concepts (and construction lending knowledge preferred). </li>
<li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude while actively looking for ways to helps members and co-workers.</li>
<li>Work extended hours as required or requested by management to complete assigned projects.</li>
<li>Experience with and/or working knowledge of financial services loan and documentation systems (e.g. LaserPro, LOS systems, spreading software, etc.) preferred.</li>

<p><strong>Total Rewards: </strong></p>
<p>This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.</p>
