<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">:</span></p>
<ul>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, or e-commerce agreements.</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Partnering and supporting a fast-paced sales or business organisation by managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum Qualifications: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal within a commercial law environment.</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Good academic credentials.</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">In-house legal experience is strongly preferred (directly, or as a secondee).</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.</li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">You must have the right to work in the UK.</li>
